Date and Time

The Nourishing Connections Program runs on the last Sunday of every month from 5:00-7:00 p.m.

What to Expect

Learn to cook a healthy, budget-friendly meal and enjoy as a group

Participate in a workshop hosted by local experts covering topics such as mental wellness, financial literacy, parenting skills, food security and beyond.

Kids are welcome! Volunteers will provide child minding support.
